Presenting Liam Hemsworth's "off season" (actor, athlete and ANIMAL) I'm so grateful to the GENIUS Cristian Prieto for shooting this since (again) so often you see Liam on magazine covers, films and photoshoots but rarely do you get to see the hours of work that happen behind the scenes (long before the camera starts rolling). ALSO although there's been speculation and rumours flying around that he's getting JACKED for a new movie role, the honest reality is (when this was filmed) 5 hours of surfing per day, followed by 2 hour-long strength sessions of Soviet General Physical Preparedness, callisthenics, plyometrics and strongman conditioning is what Liam would just call his casual "off season", haha. When you combine this work ethic with the OBSCENE gene pool that he shares with Chris and Luke, the 100kg+ bodyweight muscle-ups begin to make sense. In summary, it's a short video but I love how it's often said, "Training is the realization of one's genetic potential" and within the footage you can see my big (little) brother embodies this and fights for every workout, set and repetition.
