I’ve planned to craft this powerful bird since long time. The details on this chocolate showpiece really took me some time, such as the head, the beak, and the feathers, etc. More than 2000 chocolate feathers were handcrafted and covered to the eagle. The whole sculpture weighs about 30kg with a height of about 1m.
