Today's video is a workout challenge. I've always hated running but for some reason I decided that I wanted to challenge myself to run a 5k everyday for a month. Not sure why. But I'm glad I did. I honestly saw so much improvement over the course of one month, and I think I'm going to make running a part of my routine!
