Lisnato Testo i Kiflice (Recept i Izrada) | Puff Pastry And Rolls (Recipe And Preparation)

RECEPT
Potrebni sastojci:

-Za lisnato testo:
-1kg brasna tip400 meko
-200gr margarina sobne temperature
-2dl mleka sobne temperature
-3dl vode sobne temperature
-30gr svezeg kvasca (ili ravna kasika suvog kvasca)
-kasicica secera
-ravna kasika soli

-Za kiflice:
-do 200gr sira
-1 jaje
-kasika ulja
-malo susama i kima

PRIPREMA
- Pomesati mleko, kvasac i secer, poklopiti da odstoji oko 5min.
- Kad je kvasac lepo "proradio" mozemo poceti sa radom.
Zamesiti testo srednje cvrstine.
- Mesiti sve dok ne dobijemo glatko testo (oko 5min).
- Pokriveno neka odmori 5 min.
- Podeliti ga u 12 loptica.Pokrivene neka odmore 5 min.
- Razviti ih na oko 20cm u precniku.
- Premazati 5 margarinom poslednju ne premazivati.
- Dobili smo 2 pogace od kojih sam jednu stavila u zamrzivac. Kada zelite da je koristite izvadite je uvece je stavite u frizider. Ujutru mozete od nje spremati sta god zelite (kiflice, rol virsle, pite, razna peciva).
- Pogacu razvucite, isecite, stavite sir pomesan sa 1/2 jajeta, uvijte kiflice
i pokrivene neka narastu oko 20min.
- Premazati sa 1/2 jajeta pomesanim sa kasikom ulja.
- Po zelji posuti susamom i kimom.
- Za to vreme zagrejte rernu na 200C, pa pecite 25min.

Puff Pastry And Rolls (Recipe And Preparation)

RECIPE
Ingredients needed:

-For puff pastry:
- 1kg of wheat flour type T-400 soft
- 200gr margarine (room temperature)
- 2dl milk (room temperature)
- 3dl water (room temperature)
- 30gr of fresh yeast
(or 1/2 Tbsp of dry yeast)
- 1tsp of sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp salt

-For the rolls:
- up to 200gr of cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1Tbsp Sunflower oil
- a little sesame and cumin

DIRECTIONS:
- Mix milk, yeast and sugar, cover and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
- When the yeast is ready, we can start preparing the dough.
Knead a dough of medium hardness.
- Knead until we get a smooth dough (about 5 minutes).
- Let it rest covered for 5 min.
- Divide the dough into 12 balls. Cover them and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- Roll out each ball to about 20 cm in diameter.
- Coat 5 pieces of dough with margarine, do NOT coat the last one.
- We got 2 scones, one of them I put in the freezer. When you want to use it, take it out in the evening and put it in the refrigerator.
In the morning, you can use it to prepare whatever you want (rolls, pies, various pastries, etc).
- Roll out the scone, cut it into 16 parts. Put the cottage cheese mixed with 1/2 egg, then roll the rolls and let them rise covered for about 20 minutes.
- Brush the rolls with 1/2 egg mixed with a 1Tbsp of sunflower oil.
- Sprinkled with sesame and cumin, if desired.
- Heat the oven to 200C and bake for 25 minutes.
