In a rare opportunity, ESPN feature cameras are able to spend time with Tiger Woods as he goes about a normal day of high school in 1993 while attending Western High School in Southwest Anaheim, CA. The feature includes video of him both on the course and in the classroom, and really gives a great look into what life was like for him as a rather extremely talented, out-of-the-ordinary, yet normal high school student just trying to live life day-by-day.

That year, Tiger would participate in 3 PGA Tour events:

Nissan LA Open - 74, 78 - Missed Cut
Honda Classic - 72, 78 - Missed Cut
GTE Byron Nelson Classic - 77, 72 - Missed Cut

Although he did not make it to the weekend in any of those tournaments (the Honda Classic being the best result of the three), they each gave him great experience, and he was able to use them as foundations for his learning heading into his other junior amateur tournaments, his senior year of high school, his time at Stanford, and ultimately his PGA tour career.

Technology has changed a lot since that time, and Tiger often talks about the differences between the equipment they used when he was young, what they use now, and how it has changed the way the game is played. Here are the tools, either exact or similar, to what Tiger is playing now in 2018:
