Kristyl Dawn Tift is a performing artist, coach, teacher and scholar. She holds a PhD in Theatre and Performance Studies from the University of Georgia and an MFA in Acting from The New School/Actor’s Studio Drama School. Her on camera credits include roles on Greenleaf, The Oval, Black Lightning, One Tree Hill, and Hall Pass. She has performed off-off Broadway and regionally at the Alliance Theatre, Theatre Emory, Kenny Leon’s True Colors Theatre Company, Aurora Theatre, Emerging Artists (NY), Bank Street Theatre (NY) and Theater for the New City (NY).
