Made a Commission Investigation Division plaque. To prep the wood I applied shellac to minimize bleeding by the paint, as well as to help the Oramask to adhere well. For the profile cut I used a 1/4 down cut endmill. The lettering and logo was cut with a 1/8 down cut endmill for rough pass then a 60 degree vbit for finishing pass. The border was cut with a 1/8 down cut endmill. The rest of the lettering was cut with the 60 degree vbit, enjoy!
