In this video I will be failing at make a Bacardi style white rum.

The process sounded easy, make a rum, age the rum and then filter out the colour.
Well make rum at home is the easy part.

We use a easy rum kit recipe from still tec and just tweaked it a bit.

The recipe I used to make the RUM was.

5kg of Brown Sugar (11lbs) Inverted using 10g of Citric acid.
3l of Banana extract (0.8 Gallons)
5l of Molasses (1.3 Gallons)
15g of Super Nut
15g of Dap
5g of pH stabilizer

The Yeast combo pack came with the kit.
