Because I talk about living internationally here on this channel, I always get asked about the cost of living from place to place. Right now I’m in Mussomeli, Sicily where I bought a home for just 5,000 Euros, and I’m going to show you that it’s not so expensive to live here in Europe.

Oftentimes people think that the cost is going to be driven way up high because the Euro is usually more expensive than the Dollar, but that’s the farthest thing from the truth. The reality is that the cost of living in rural Sicily and in many parts of Italy, even if you’re in a larger city, is far cheaper than in large cities in the US.
