Some Terracotta tiles are not suited to pressure cleaning as you can do more damage than good, with water getting into the roof, breaking tiles and disturbing the pointing along the ridge caps. Most of the time, the roof just needs to have the moss removed and it will be looking good again.

Using our moss treatment, we avoid the issues pressure cleaning can cause, as we apply our treatment tot he surface which kills the moss, and then causes it to slowly break down and wash away. This process does take time however, we generally allow 12-18 months for terracotta tiled roofs to become clean.
