Thanks to check out our video.

In this video, we will show you what's different between dry carbon and wet carbon mirror caps. From design, surface and more details.

Most of wet carbon fiber parts are made in hand Hand cladding. People will use glass fiber and resin (or ABS) to make a basic model and then clad carbon fiber on the surface (2-3 layers), vacuum and insert some extra resin on it to make sure the resin can cover the whole surface.

Dry carbon can use high-temp resin mold or metal mold to make(There are still some other materials can use to make a mold, but these two use for most), both them will use vacuum machine or mold-pressing machine to make. Because high-temp resin mold is not as stronger as metal mold, so even it can use to make dry carbon fiber parts, but the parts finished is not as strong as metal mold to make.

And all dry carbon fiber parts from Dongsai are made in metal mold.
