Utopia Lagos hosted a virtual panel session on Entrepreneurship in Times of Crisis. Following our recent event on Urban Innovation in Africa, we focused the event on how local entrepreneurs can adapt and thrive in a crisis situation.

During this event, Nigeria's most successful investors shared their perspectives and offered guidance on how African entrepreneurs can respond correctly in times of crisis and on what trends are beginning to emerge that provide opportunity for entrepreneurs.

Panelists included:

Eloho (Omame) Gihan-Mbelu - Managing Director & CEO, Endeavor Nigeria
Iyinoluwa Aboyeji - Cofounder and General Partner, Future Africa
Kola Aina - Founding Partner, Ventures Platform
Olutosin Oni - Principal, Investments and Portfolio Management at EchoVC
Emmanuel Adegboye (Moderator) - Managing Partner, Utopia Lagos

Collectively, their portfolio is representative of the most successful companies across all growth stages in Nigeria (with reach across sub-Saharan Africa) and their insights and guidance are critical to help entrepreneurs adapt and thrive during these times.
