Travel during the pandemic can be challenging. One of the best ways is to stay "close" to home. We decided to take a homeschool field trip of Cultural and Natural History through Central Montana and Missouri River country. Of course, we were sure to observe the basic precautions such as wearing masks, maintaining social distance, eating outside whenever possible, focusing on outdoor activities, and checking ahead of time for any changes in hours of operations and changes in schedule.
