🍂Pumpkin Spice Latte Cake🍂

For the batter
500 g flour
• 5 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 4 tsp ground cinnamon
• 2 tsp ground cardamom
• 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
• (alternatively replace the spices with premixed pumpkin pie spice mix)
• 1 and 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 450 ml oil (olive, canola, wahtever you like)
• 8 eggs
• 500 g brown sugar
• Puree from 1/2 medium pumpkin or alternatively 2 cans of pumpkin puree

For the frosting
• 250 g butter
• 450 g powdered sugar
• 2 Tbsp powdered instant espresso powder
• 30 ml hot water
• 2 Tbsp heavy cream

Bake for around 45 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius.
Let completely cool down before applying the frosting.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts, cinnamon, or unsweetened cacao powder.
