For the paid options, you can pay per clip or for a bundle of clips.

The big benefit of Envato Elements is that they also offer music, sound effects, photos, video templates, and just about anything you may need for any creative project.
And you can download as many assets as you want. Unlike free websites, the quality is much higher, and sorting through usable video footage takes less time.

Pond 5 also has royalty-free photos and videos, but you have to pay for each clip or a monthly membership.
