Struggling to prove Oliver Shaw's innocence, Juliet Ward suggests they employ an integrity test to catch the real dirty cop. The plan was to lure Santana to a site with fake evidence that could prove who really set the bomb. Failing the Test, Andy gets Steve to admit that he’s been working for Santana and the Irish mob. Traci has no idea about any of this. Steve knows that Andy won’t shoot him. He walks out of the warehouse. Gail and Nick are waiting for him outside.
