Everyone tells you to love yourself…but no one ever tells you how, right? Honestly, last year I hit rock bottom and had given up - I had never felt so far away from myself. This was a wake up call, and I decided to start trying again. I’ve got a long way to go - but I’ve finally started showing myself love and it’s changed everything. I wrote this song because I thought maybe if I shared my story, it could give someone else hope! I posted the bedroom demo version of this on Facebook and it got over 1 Million views, so I decided to get it mixed and mastered for an official release on all platforms.
