We’re going to take you inside the life of the fire station as it undergoes a much-needed upgrade. As part of the makeover the firefighters will learn the importance of planning early for their financial future, as well as learn a thing or two about the benefits of having life insurance. As part of the makeover the fire station will have a fire sprinkler system installed. Even a fire station, where the crew lives on a 24-hour shift can catch fire and to lead by example, the station is getting outfitted with a complete system. To make their home away from home look great Shaw flooring is giving the space a well-deserved makeover. The firefighters’ kitchen, break room, sleeping quarters and common area will have a brand new look! Finally we're giving an uniforms an upgrade too. Twenty-six men and women will be outfitted with Workrite FR Fire Service flame resistant shirts and pants that make all the difference when the call comes. A great team of hardworking individuals getting the makeover they deserve.
