In this video, I discuss how to generate monthly income using covered calls. Using Pfizer (PFE) as my example, I walk through different scenarios, where the stock is trading above, below, or far below your strike price or purchase price at option's expiration.

By picking stocks with good dividend yields (2% to 4.50%), we can ensure that our stocks continue to generate good income, even if the stock falls below where we would normally want to continue to sell covered calls against them.

As examples, I use PFE, MCD, and SBUX in this video.
