What a great video to share today. Class E airspace uncontrolled and able to fly 400 agl. No drotams or TFRs for this area so follow along. The Suisun Bay has been home to a dwindling mothball fleet of ships. When I was a kid this bay was full of ready reserve ships. Over the years the fleet has dwindled to what 6 ships at the time of this drone video. The Cape Giradeau, Cape Bover, Cape Jacob, US Naval Ship Triumph, Cape Fear, Petersburg and the Green Mountain State. Follow along with me as I explore this ghost fleet of rust and bird nests. Using the mavic 2 pro we score some great views of the various ships that remain. I will link some information in the description for sources where I got my information.
