Can you apply the same or similar BBQ rib prep principles when smoking ribs on the grill to cooking them in the oven? I was curious, so I gave it a try.

This is how I did it:

1. Rinsed off and patted dry the ribs
2. Removed the excess fat and the membrane
3. Seasoned with AP rub and BBQ seasoning
4. Put ribs in a pan on top of a baker’s rack to let seasoning sweat into the meat
5. One hour at 325° in preheated oven
6. Spritzed with ACV and water mix after one hour
7. Put back in oven at 375° for about 45 miunutes to an hour
8. Sauced ribs for 10-15 minutes
9. Let rest for about 15 minutes
10. Sliced and eat
