The Softest Brioche French Toast

The type of bread you use, and the topping you choose really matters when making French toast. I recommend using some nice brioche bread, you can either buy some, or better yet - bake it yourself! This recipe is for 3 to 4 slices of bread. If you want more, just double the recipe!

Ingredients
3 - 4 one inch slices of brioche bread (other bread will work too)
1 large egg
35g confectioners sugar (1/3 cup)
120g milk (1/2 cup)
A pinch of salt
Butter (for the pan)

For Roasted strawberries
340g strawberries (or roughly about 12 strawberries)
70g granulated sugar (1/3 cup)
Juice and zest of half a lemon

Note:
- If you want, you can flavor the strawberry lemon juice as well by adding some vanilla extract or even cardamom powder!
