BTB (Back to basics) is back with another banger of a recipe this week, now dont be alarmed, I have tried to break it down so its simple to understand and so you cant f**k it up haha! This recipe makes enough for 24 cupcakes or a 7" cake :)

Recipe:
500g caster sugar
225g egg whites
500g unsalted butter

*Heat to 72C.
