In this video I start the rebuild of a bathroom that is a complete disaster. Someone started a renovation of this room before we got ownership of it and then abandoned it. It was a mess!

There were a lot of things that needed attention. I repaired a soft, rotten floor; replaced a broken toilet flange; re-located the toilet; changed out some old Poly B piping for PEX; installed a new bathtub/shower combination; installed a new exhaust fan; took out an old window; widened the doorway; installed some new LED recessed lighting; replaced an old razor outlet with a GFI receptacle; installed new drywall and tile backer.
