A bit of a rougher (than usual!) video, but i noticed there are a lot of people who have an intermittent issue on their Qashqai J11 stereo causing radio, bluetooth loss and random resets.

Nissan are aware of this and have released a fix. This fix is free of charge.

Unfortunately, a lot of Nissan dealers are trying to charge diagnostic fees of up to £100, to find out it needs this update. They should be aware of this from an update bulletin from Nissan UK.

If you are having issues, call your dealer first, explaining you are aware there is an update available to fix it. If they want to charge a diagnostic fee, hang up and call Nissan UK on 0330 123 1231, they'll ask for your reg number to make sure that your vehicle has been affected by the issue, and then they will get in contact with the dealer to arrange the free update.
