Curry Chicken Patties are one my favorite Jamaican foods. I love these hand help pies/patties. I cannot always get a Jamaican restaurant to purchase them , So I decided to make my version but an easier version then have to make the dough from scratch . I used pastry dough. . These Curry Chicken patties are made with shredded chicken breast, frozen puff pastry dough, and a simple creamy chicken curry recipe and vegetable filling. So much flavor!
