We sit down with Andrew Conner and Sam Corcos—co-founders of Levels Health. This is our first-ever episode with two simultaneous guests, which is fitting since Sam and Andrew initially met at On Deck’s first major event two years ago: the Tahoe founder retreat.

Since that fateful meeting, Sam and Andrew have gone on to co-found a startup called Levels (levelshealth.com) together. Their goal is nothing short of changing the way the world interacts with food through the creation of a whole new product category centered around metabolic health.

Level’s brilliant product, currently in beta, provides a near-instantaneous feedback loop to let a user know how their body reacts to the various foods and drinks they consume. With this new information, people can better optimize what they eat in order to lose weight, have more energy, and get better sleep. It can also help them reduce the likelihood of developing metabolic health issues like diabetes down the road.
