The GOAT Shocks Halo Series is the entry-level shock designed for the Toyota Tacoma from GOAT Shocks.

Currently, GOAT Shocks offers three different shocks tuned and built specifically for the Tacoma and the Halo Series is the entry-level shock which is then followed by the Slayer Series (mid-tier) and Carnage Series (long-travel).

In this GOAT Shocks Halo Series first impressions video, we’re going to cover the installation of these shocks, our first weekend out with the Halo Series, and a few first impressions.

Coming from Bilstein 5160/6112s, the Halo Series has been a strong performer, and thus far, has outperformed the Bilstein set.

During our trip, we bottomed out and rubbed a lot less off-road which was great and there’s been less lean with the truck over on-road making for a better driving experience.

Over the next months, we’ll be building out a full and comprehensive review of the GOAT Shocks Halo Series so stay tuned.
