From the time capsule - June 11, 1963: After a long day spent battling with Governor George Wallace to get black students admitted to the University of Alabama, America's 35th President, John Fitzgerald Kennedy, settles down at his desk in the Oval Office of The White House and delivers the most impassioned civil rights speech of his presidency - much of it ad-lib, off script. Sadly, what he said then can still be applied generations later in America as our struggle to form a more perfect union continues.
