Welcome back to Chasing Trains! This is the third part in a series documenting our epic seven-state, 3,800 mile trek across the Central and Southwestern part of the United States. This episode documents days 5 and 6 of the trip on which we spent time around Greeley, Colorado.

On the fifth day of the trip, I worked on some pickup shots at the Colorado Model Railroad Museum in the morning. We then took a quick jaunt out to Golden Colorado to visit the Colorado Railroad Museum with Chris Palomarez. We wrapped up the day at Denver's Union Station.

The next day, was a Chasing Trains! extravaganza, with Michelle Kempema, that took us from Greeley to Denver, then on to Sedalia, where we caught a big coal drag on the Joint Line. From there, we went to Big Ten Curve, where we met Brad, whose home is on a bluff overlooking the whole stretch of track. Next up was the East Portal of world-famous Moffatt Tunnel. Finally, we caught Amtrak Train 6 at a grade crossing in some amazing light. Hard to beat that!
