The brief was to revitalise a tired space within a very short period of time, the space is part of Oxford University Press’s head office in Oxford.

The facilities team are constantly evaluating the space and ensuring it supports the needs of the different teams, this project was undertaken to create areas that promote collaboration and flexibility within the IT team.

This needed to be done without losing any desk positions or existing meeting rooms and minimal impact on the staffs productivity. Part of the brief also included replacing the carpet whilst working with the contractors moving the floorboxes to suit the new floorplan.
