https://www.jordanoutside.com/hapuna-... Hapuna Beach is located on the northwest side of the Big Island of Hawaii. The main entrance is a public beach, but the north end has a resort. There is a $10 parking fee for non-hawaii residents. There is great snorkeling on the north end of the beach.
