In this video, I show you how to remove legend restriction from private placement shares in order to deposit them into your brokerage account. When you participate in private placements, you receive DRS (Direct Registration Statement). However, this DRS has a legend. In order to deposit your shares into your brokerage account, you need a DRS without the legend or without the restriction.
