Get in kids, we're going downtown! Downtown, DTLA, no matter what you call it, it is a massive area that covers a lot of land. Like other humungous neighborhoods in Los Angeles, it's broken up in many different sub-neighborhoods. But on this ride, we go to the heart of downtown to see some of the quintessential landmarks of DTLA, including the Los Angeles Convention Center, Crypto.com Arena where the Lakers, Clippers, Sparks, and Kings play, L.A. Live, an entertainment complex, and, the most recent landmark, Oceanwide Plaza, an abandoned apartment complex that has made quite the headlines lately for being tagged with graffiti on all 53 stories on all of its three towers. If that wasn't enough, we also see a beautiful new statue of Kobe Bryant, drink award-winning matcha, and eat some top-tier sandwiches in Koreatown on the way home. We accomplished a lot in the city!
