This drive from Santa Monica beach to the rental car return at Las Vegas McCarran Airport took place immediately after the end of my New York to Santa Monica video, done on September 25, 2022. This video is in real time with ambient audio, with only extended stops edited out.
My favorite part of this drive was coming down Mountain Pass (at 3:41:34) and seeing the 12-mile stretch of freeway in front through the valley.
