After boycotting sports car racing in 1968 to protest a rule change that banned their 4-litre 330 P4, Ferrari built a 3000cc prototype in 1969, the 312 P, in order to race under the Group 6 rules (where engines were restricted to three litre). For sure one of the most beautiful sport prototype ever made, it could possibly be one of the best sounding one too thanks to its F1-derived 3.0 liter V12 engine which was able to produce 450 bhp at 10,800 rpm. In this video the car is driven by 70-years-old, former British hillclimb champ and classic car racer David Franklin.
