Cauliflower rice is a low-carb, grain-free, healthy alternative to traditional rice and it's so easy to make. Hope you give it a try!

👩🏻🍳 CAULIFLOWER RICE
1 head cauliflower
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Over medium heat, cook garlic in oil and butter for 1 minute. Add cauliflower to pan and season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes. If you over cook it, it will get mushy.
