It’s the second year that Canberra’s Floriade spring festival has been disrupted, like so many other things, by COVID-19.
Rather than the traditional flower display in Commonwealth Park, bulbs have been planted around the suburbs again.
It’s yet another missed opportunity for struggling tourism providers in the ACT who won’t see the annual influx of millions of dollars that the event typically brings in.
