While forced induction options can be traced back to a single idea, things have come a long way on the very separate parts both turbochargers and centrifugal superchargers have taken, and in this @semashow interview Andre and Erik run through some of the main differences between these two options, including pros and cons.

Also touched on is a great topic when it comes to the efficiency of your setup which is commonly asked about when people compare boost levels and setups, along with where people often end up switching from belt-driven superchargers to gear-driven setups.

Erik also mentions why the likes of centrifugal superchargers that ProCharger specialise in are more and more popular in the likes of the Pro Modified (Pro Mod) drag racing class with their linear power delivery bringing results. As alluded to, it doesn't matter if you have 400hp or 4,000hp, if you can't get it to the ground correctly you're wasting your time.
