The owner of the Carmel Valley Pharmacy called the SDPD dispatchers to report that he was watching burglars inside his business through a surveillance camera. Officers arrived to find the front door smashed. The officers made their way inside and the suspects were gone.

The area where the narcotics were stored was broken into and it's unknown how much and what type of drugs were taken at this time. This isn’t the first time, this Pharmacy has been burglarized.
