Today I am going to share with you how you can make restaurant style pizza at home with some simple tips and can enjoy anytime.

Classic Pizza Ingredients

For dough:

2+1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp instant dry yeast
1+1/2 cup warm water

For pizza sauce:

2 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion (chopped)
5 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup tomato puree
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1+1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp ketchup

Pizza toppings:

cooked chicken
jalapenos
green capsicum
onions
mushrooms
1 cup good mozzarella cheese


Classic Pizza Method:

1. In a bowl pour warm water, then add sugar and yeast and mix and let it sit for 15 minutes.

2. Now add in a separate bowl add flour along with salt then pour all the yeast mixture into the flour and kneed for 15 minutes until you have smooth sticky dough then pour oil olive let it proof for 3 hours until double in size.

3. Now again kneed the dough for 5 minutes and divide the dough into two parts and wrap in plastic and refrigerate it for overnight.

4. In a pan, add oil then add onions and garlic and saute it for 2 minutes then add tomato paste and saute for 1 minute then add tomato puree and bring it to a boil then add all the spices and cook it for 10 to 12 minutes until thickens and done.

5. NOW place the pizza dough into the pizza dish and spread it, now add sauce then cheese then your favorite toppings and add more cheese and bake it for 12 to 15 minutes on a preheated oven of 350 F and serve hot and enjoy.
