With Killers of the Flower Moon, Scorsese brought to life one of the bloodiest chapters in American History to showcase the early 20th century and the crimes committed against the Osage nation by the power and money-hungry wolves who built the foundation of their crimes not on the blunt cruelty of mass-theft or murder but rather with the poignant stream of lies and disillusionment.

Killers of the Flower Moon concentrates its banality on its two imperialistic main characters, Willian King Hale and Ernest Burkhart. The film structures itself into layers of fraud, painting its portrait of America by sidelining the Osage as they were by the imperialistic European settlers. Through this video we take a look at the Banality of Evil, American Imperialism and the Sublimity in the depiction of the Osage Point of View.
