It is not the first year that the Prince and Princess of Wales have traditionally attended the annual BAFTA Film Awards. Unfortunately, Catherine, Princess of Wales will not be able to join her husband William, Prince of Wales this year as Her Highness is still recovering from her abdominal surgery. His Highness will go to the ceremony alone while his wife continues to recover by staying at home.
