Meet Ty Simmons from Human Agricultural Cooperative and Ephraim Smiley from Smiley's Garden Angels, who together operate the Hunger Relief Farm in southeast Fort Wayne, Indiana. These farmers and their nonprofit organizations teach and mentor youth about gardening, farming and food distribution. Their farm grows a wide variety of produce, including collards, 90% of which is donated to those in need in their community. This video is part of the Farm to School Harvest of the Month program developed by the Northeast Indiana Farm to School Team.
