This video explains the difference between position tolerance and concentricity on a cylindrical feature with GD&T per ASME Y14.5. It shows why concentricity is not the term you should use and instead switch to "coaxial" to keep diameters centered on a datum axis. It also shows the different meanings in can have in the ISO-GPS standards.
