The TYR DropZero Laced has been a solid shoe; there's no other way to put it, and this is coming from someone who didn't love the strapped version.
In my opinion, the DropZero Laced model delivers a more well-rounded performance in the gym and for daily wear compared to the straps model, and I liken the laced version most to the Vivobarefoot Primus Lite Knit.
In my DropZero Laced review, I'll cover the key details you should know before buying this model.

I think if you're going to buy a barefoot shoe from TYR, then you should go with the laced option.
It's a good shoe, and it costs a little less than some of its premium peers, which have similar knit constructions.
I also find that this model gives me fewer issues at the toe break — now, that may not be the case for everyone, but I think it will be far less than the strapped version and some of this shoe's competitors.
