I have headed out to yet another new country - sunny Romania - to spend time with some close friends and their families, in the lead-up to our Goddaughter Billie's Christening out there. We based ourselves near beautiful Sibiu, deep in the Romanian countryside, and the hotel was complete with two pools, a well-stocked bar...and a trampoline.
