This video is intended to assist anyone who has had a condensed version of the B9A recall performed. The information in this video is not intended to slam dealership service people. Rather, this video is intended to aid in conversations that aren’t going well due to the wide-spread misunderstanding about the B9A recall process.

Many recalls have been completed incorrectly. When owners call their service department at the dealership to try to get the recall done correctly, the service people that don’t understand the correct process are telling them they are wrong. But Jeep Wave has confirmed that there is no condensed version of the B9A recall and the two three hour sleep cycles are mandatory. This process has to take around 8 hours total.

My hope for this video is that it assists in the communication process between owners and dealership service personnel.
