Everyone loves this at dinner! Mushroom with beef. Simple and healthy!

Ingredients and recipe:
Ground beef (100g)
Mushrooms (8)
Sesame oil (1 tsp)
Salt & Pepper
Butter
Water (1/2 cup)
Oyster sauce (1 tbsp)
Ketchup (1/2 tbsp)

Add ground beef to a mixing bowl
Add salt and pepper
Add sesame oil
Mix well
Remove the stalk from the mushrooms
Fill the mushrooms with ground beef
Heat up pan with medium heat
Add butter and let it melt
Add in the mushrooms, stalk side facing down
Cook for 2 minutes, then flip it over
Add 1/2 up of water
Add oyster sauce and ketchup
Cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes
Remove lid, turn heat up to high, cook until sauce is thickened
Plate the mushrooms, add the remining sauce on top
Done, hope you enjoy!
