In this video Heimler reviews everything you need to know about AP World History Unit 7 Topic 3 (7.3) which is all about the various methods governments used to wage World War I, which was a total war. Trench warfare characterized the engagements while new technology like machine guns and chemical gas ensured the casualties would be enormous. Additionally, in order to keep the homefront motivated (as well as the troops, including colonial troop) governments made prodigious use of propaganda campaigns.
